Hi, I’m Michael!

I am a Learning and Development solutions professional with a background in business management.

As an instructional designer, I have developed engaging eLearning courses that broke down complex concepts into easily consumable bits.

Prior to entering instructional design, I facilitated trainings both virtually and in-person, engaging learners to retain them for my clients.

With an M.B.A., I have a unique experience to learning solutions. My approach is grounded in real world solutions, developing thoughtful, people-centered, creative solutions that will aid learners in the true environments they will be working in.

Collaboration is key to a strong L&D team. Engaging in people-centered work has given me the perspective to regularly meet with stakeholders to discuss learner goals and performance.

I live in east Tennessee with my beautiful wife, two daughters., and three cats. I enjoy creative writing, 3D modeling, and immersing myself in new experiences.
